Meet Megan Rochelle

A born creative, Megan Rochelle is passionate about expressing her study of the nature and character of God through artful storytelling that serves the people He loves. This calling has taken shape through her writing, event planning, and ministry service around the world—spanning 18 countries and 39 U.S. states. Though her wanderlust has carried her far, she remains a proud Hoosier who delights in the sight of a heartland sun setting over rows of cornfields. She grew up among the dusty stacks of Midwestern libraries and tucked-away book nooks in antique stores, where her love of literature was shaped by lovely old out-of-print novels.

Her experiences across cultures and continents now infuse her historical fiction, where faith and history meet in richly descriptive narratives. Megan describes herself as a modern contemplative—curious, reflective, and ever seeking the divine in everyday life. Her writing especially resonates with deep feelers and reflective thinkers who yearn for stories that make faith feel vivid and God feel near. Readers drawn to beauty, purpose, and emotional redemption—with a touch of innocent romance and the raw realities of the ancient world—will be thoroughly captivated by Moishe’s Red Sea. Those who love long descriptive sentences, like the one just prior to this, will be especially enthralled.
